To wake up every single day and know, to your core, just how much you’re worth? To love yourself so much that you can say ‘no’ confidently. That you can kick out toxicity in your life. That you can create healthy boundaries and relationships without isolating people. See it yet?
I would never have imagined that this could be my life. But it’s what I’m living and breathing now. I can finally say that I love all of me: the good, the bad and the ugly. Because part of that love is embracing the flaws too. It’s operating on all cylinders: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual so that you can be fully realized. So that you can feel whole. To me, that’s when you can say, ‘This is who I am’ without hesitation. Without blinking because you believe every word and know it’s truth.
And it’s a beautiful journey to get to this place. It’s recognizing where you are right now and even though my starting line may have been a little different from yours, we can still finish as Ms. Amazing together. Because if we’re anything alike, we’ve experienced some sort of heartbreak. A loss that just rips us apart. I want to show you how to properly mourn that loss because if we never do that, we can never have this amazing life because we’re never ‘fully realizing’ everything.
In order to move forward and write that new chapter in our life story, we’ve got to go through those other pages too. They’re there for a reason and the book has a beginning, a middle and an end with good intention. No good story has the bad chapters missing. Because then you wouldn’t truly understand the depth of the main character. You wouldn’t understand why they are who they are and the strength of character they have, which often comes out during the bad moments. So I want to teach you to embrace those bits and pieces with open arms.
Living life this way allows you to recognize a bigger purpose you were created for. It’s why I work with women who are dealing with lots of internal pain and chaos, who are stuck in poor decision-making habits and trying to fill up the emptiness with all the wrong things. I help them become fully realized, worthy and loved.
Does that resonate with you? If it does:
I’d love to have a real conversation!
